MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT

    BECOME A MEMBER
    The terms and conditions listed below of this agreement are hereby made as part of this agreement and are binding. You acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of this contract/agreement by electronically signing below and submission of this contract.  ​
    Waiver of Liability
    Studio user assumes the risk of loss, damage or destruction of any and all equipment, supplies, artworks, or other properties in the studio space.  Studio user shall be responsible for any personal injury or property damage to resident or third party arising out of or in connection with Studio user's use of Studio Space.  Studio user agrees to make no claim against, and to indemnify and hold harmless Plan-it ink Photography, Red Fences, LLC, their officers, directors, and employees from any claim by studio user or any third party for personal injury or property damage arising out of or in connection with Studio user uses of the studio space.
     Studio user and persons invited by resident shall, at all time, comply with all Federal, State and local statutes, regulations ordinances and other laws and SSA rules and policy while in the Studio Space, and to cover Studio user's potential liability for personal injury or property damage under term of membership and during use of studio.  This agreement is in force for current and all future uses until both parties agree to change in writing.
    TERMS & CONDITIONS
    Rescheduling/ Cancellation:
    We realize that sometimes things come up and you may have to reschedule or cancel the studio session. If you need to reschedule your session for a different date or time, please give us written notice via e-mail at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session date.

    If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before the session time, or do not appear for the session, your scheduled appointment hours will be deducted from your monthly usage allowance. If further no shows or late cancellations occur, Plan-it ink reserves the right to not make any further appointments and cancellation of your membership could result and the client will lose the payment made. 
    Plan-it ink has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY.

    Please consider that we reserve the studio facility to only one client at a time. Once we reserve specific studio time for you, we have to turn down other clients that might need that time.

    When the reservation has been complete (i.e. we email or text you the reservation confirmation), it is then considered non-refundable.

    We try our best to work with each client understanding that their needs are unique. These policies are in place to assure that all clients are treated the same just as we value each client the same.
